It oversees your access and use of the website, https://www.infomaticsolutions.com/ and/or any related platform or mobile application as owned and operated by Infomatic Solutions. now onwards mentioned as “Platform” “Infomatic Solutions” or “We” or “Us” refers to the website and “You” or “Your” refer to the Users.

Your privacy will be strictly safeguarded. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand the process of collecting personal information and the use of that information by Infomatic Solutions. The following outlines our Privacy Policy:

This information includes the name of the Platform from which you entered our Platform, if any, as well as the name of the Platform to which you’re headed when you leave our Platform. This information also includes the IP address of your computer/proxy server that you use to access the Internet, your Internet Platform provider name, web browser type, type of mobile device, and computer operating system. We use all of this information to analyze trends among our Users to help improve our Platform.
  • Log Data. Like many Platform operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Platform (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Platform that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Do Not Track Disclosures

Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to the online services you visit. Note, however, there is no industry consensus as to what Platform and app operations should do with regard to these signals. Accordingly, unless and until the law is interpreted to require us to do so, we do not monitor or take action with respect to “Do Not Track” signals.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online. We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
