Recruiting the Right People for the Right job

In order for any organization to be successful it is important that the right people are recruited for the various positions available. A comprehensive recruitment strategy should be developed in order to attract the best talent possible into the organization. The team should also ensure that selection methods are designed in such a way so as to find competent candidates who will fit into the organization’s culture.

Employer-Employee Relations

This includes developing policies which promote an environment where there is respect and trust between employees as well as management. It is also important that this pillar provides an effective resolution mechanism so that any potential dispute or disagreement can be dealt quickly and fairly for all parties involved.

For example, this could include having a separate committee to hear grievances from both employees and management so that the issue can then be addressed accordingly in a timely manner.
